Primroses

The holidays are behind, and I’ve been feeling rather down lately. For the past two months, the members of my family have been taking turns getting sick. And being sick is not fun at all.

To cheer myself a bit, I brought home a few pots of primroses from my last trip to a local nursery.

I’ve seen these lovely flowers around the neighborhood. They pop out in winter and seem to require very little care. Just what I need right now!

  8. Oh, I love them too! They know the perfect time to show up - when we desperately need some color! If I see them at the grocery store this week, you can bet they'll be jumping in my basket as well.
Hope everyone is on the mend at your house.

  13. Hello, Olga! I am new to your blog, and I love it very much! Flowers always cheer me up, too! Spring is not so far away now. Hope you and your family are feeling better. It seems to be going around, everyone I know has been sick. So far, I have escaped. Hope your weekend is lovely. xx
