Not long ago, on allrecipes.com I discovered the recipe of a delicious dessert that can be quickly made with only few ingredients. The recipe proved to be very handy in the situations when I didn’t have time to bake a real cake and didn’t feel like going to the store to buy one.
The cake can be made in less than thirty minutes, but it needs to be chilled in the fridge for a few hours.
The recipe suggests making the cake in a baking pan, but I actually make mine on a big dish. And if I have raspberries or strawberries at hand, I decorate the cake with them.

2 (3.5 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
3 cups milk
1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker squares
1 (16 ounce) package prepared chocolate frosting
In a medium bowl, thoroughly blend the pudding mix, whipped topping, and milk.
Arrange a single layer of graham cracker squares in the bottom of a 13x9 inch baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
Spread the frosting over the whole cake up to the edges of the pan. Cover, and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

Thank you for the recipe! That cake looks amazing. It is a wonder you find time to bake such creations and write your blog when you have two young boys to take care of - you must be super-efficient.
