A few days ago, a package from Texas arrived at my doorstep. Inside I found a delicious present.
The Kitchen Witch from The Mouth of the South blog sent it (in case you don’t know, the legend says that Kitchen Witch is a good witch that protects kitchens with her magic). On her blog, you will find lots of interesting recipes and little excerpts from her life in Texas.
She celebrated her blog’s anniversary and held a giveaway. I was the lucky winner!
The trio of Mary Louise Butters Brownies was very pretty and delicious. My son and I enjoyed them today sitting in the garden and watching the airplanes in the sky. It was a beautiful and sweet bonding moment.

Wonderful! Thank you for sharing and I'm glad you had such sweet company to share them with. Tonight, I bake a chocolate zucchini bread to share with my little ones tomorrow. Chocolate is great, but children are the true blessings ; )
It's a nice surprise to receive a gift in the mail. Congratulations on willing the draw. I remember how fascinated my son was with airplanes - your son will soon be drawing them I bet!
