My crepe myrtle tree (Lagerstroemia) is in full bloom now. I love its deep pink color. And I love the way it looks against the blue clear sky.
I also like how it looks indoors!
The only thing I don’t like about this tree is that I have to sweep the fallen down flowers off my garden pathway almost every day!

Oh I just love those. So pretty.
I have a mallow tree in my backyard that is just starting to bloom - and so starts the never ending task of picking up dead flowers out of the flower beds, paths, and lawn. Ugh.
What a stunning bouquet! I think that we can actually grow these trees in Phoenix. I would love to have one. Thanks so much for joining in for Fresh-Cut Friday! :) I'm so glad you did.
Have a wonderful weekend!

I love them too and have one in the back yard! But I can't reach the blooms! :) Yours are so lovely in the vase.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Hi Olga! I see these around town and they are a real head turner! Twice as gorgeous inside!
Dearest Olga,
These flowers are gorgeous; almost like lilacs! Is it a tall or a medium sized tree?
Indeed, they can be messy if close to a drive- or walkway. But still, it is worth it!
Love to you,
Mariette
This tree is so unusual - so beautiful! And it looks perfect indoors:) have a nice weekend, Ira
Your crepe myrtle is gorgeous! It sure makes a pretty bouquet too. Mom had a crepe myrtle that she loved..so when I see them I think of her.
Have a great weekend!

I have the same tree in my garden ! Yours is magnific...
It grows well in my country too, south of France, but the wind droped the flowers in my swimming pool, Arghhh !!!!!
Bonne journée, bises.
Just beautiful, Olga! I'd rather sweep flowers than leaves....right? I love the color you have. Thanks so much for sharing with us all on Fresh Cut Friday.

What a nice full bouquet. The color is so rich too. Very pretty.
I've never seen crepe myrtle in bloom before, the flowers are amazing, even when littering the ground!

How beautiful it is! The fallen petals look so romantic.

Ваше дерево дуже красиво ... і прекрасні кольори.

Love the Crape Myrtle - they look like confetti! I understand, but don't mind the flowers!
