About three weeks ago, I entered a giveaway at Tracy’s Trinkets and Treasures. In case you are not familiar with Tracy’s blog, let me tell you that you can find tons of creative DIY and craft projects there.
And now let me brag about my prize, a zebra-print tote bag. The minute I saw it on Tracy’s blog, I told myself that it would be a great compliment to my zebra-print umbrella, so I really, really wanted to win it. I don’t know if it was luck or wishful thinking, but I did win it.
I’m going to use my new stylish tote for carrying books and other belongings when my son and I go to the library. And when fall arrives, I am going to use it as a purse to go along with my zebra-print umbrella.

Love the tote. Congratulations on the win. I know you will enjoy it. Thanks also for your nice comments on my kitchen redo. I just wanted to let you know that my cabinets were a really like yellow maple color too when we bought the house. The dark paste wax too a ton of the yellow out of them and just gave them a nice mellow brown color. You should maybe try it on the inside door of one of your cabinets and see how it works for you. Just be sure to put it on with the grain of the wood and don't let it set too long before you buff it off. It might do the trick for you. It only cost about $10, so it's at least worth a try.
